Since the official launch of the HTC One M9, we have seen two new variants of this model, the One M9+ and the One E9, but new rumours suggest that yet another variant is on the pipeline. This time HTC is apparently working on much affordable version named HTC One M9e.
It is reported that the One M9e will carry a 5.5-inch QHD display, an octa – core processor clocked at 2.2GHz with 3GB of memory ram, and also a 20 MP rear camera.
This new smartphone will be also carrying an ultra-pixels front camera, micro-SD card slot, and fingerprint sensor.
The specs are very similar to the One E9 and the One M9+, but the main difference on the M9e is said to be the casing, as shown in the image the casing is made of plastic instead of metal, this should bring the price down on this smartphone.
No news if this smartphone will ever be available in the UK or will just be released on Asian markets like the other two variants, which is the more likely scenario.
