It has been a busy few months for Android fans, all the build up for the new android 5.0 Lollipop, all the gossips and the guessing’s, well now it’s here. With the release of the Google tablet Nexus 9 made by HTC, and the smartphone Google Nexus 6 by Motorola, as being both Google devices they were the first out there to carry out the new android 5.0 Lollipop. All others android devices will be updated soon depending on their manufactures.
For HTC devices owners, we can inform that updates will not be available before the New Year. Why so long you may ask? Well HTC Developers said that they need around 90 days’ after google releases the Android 5.0 lollipop Code, so that arrangements are made to work on HTC Devices and with HTC Sense.
Now rumours around saying that the new update may include the new HTC Sense 7, but a tweet by @upleaks suggested that this will not happen, as no work is being done on making a new Sense version just yet.
HTC announced on the 3rd November that they got the code from Google, so we expected the HTC two Flagships, the One M8 and One M7 will get the Android new version on the end of January beginning of February. We assume that the unlocked devices will be the first ones to get this updates. For the other HTC devices updates will roll on devices caring the designated specifications to carry the new android 5.0 Lollipop, not known yet which ones, will try to make an update on this soon.
So what to expected from this new android version, well from reviews already made using HTC Nexus 9, t is said that meet all the expectations. With Lock Screen notifications, 64-bit support, all this called Material design used to build this Android version, making respond to all touches with plenty of animations and quick response.
